Jasmine and Grant – 28 NOV 2016
Byron Bay Surf Club
I met Jasmine and Grant over 2 years before photographing their actual wedding. I could tell they were a lovely young couple who were smitten with each other. They opted to have an engagement shoot so they could become comfortable being photographed, get to know me a little bit more and most importantly have some wonderful photographs they could share forever.
Both Jasmine and Grant got ready for their big day at The Beach Hotel in Byron Bay which is a few short minutes away from Byron Bay Surf Club. It was a beautiful sunny day with little wind so it was perfect for wedding photography. During their ceremony, the bridal party were in full sun which can be tricky for photographs but if you know how to work your way around this, it can produce some excellent results.
Myself and the bridal party took a short drive down the road to a secluded spot of the beach at Byron Bay which some interesting rock formations. I was quite happy with the location photographs as we managed to shield ourselves from the direct sunlight and a harsh wind (bridesmaids with hair down and wind is not a good combination). We only had about an hour before we had to leave for the reception so me and the videographer had to work quickly.
I started off with bridal party shots, then broke up the bridesmaids and groomsmen for some photos and then spent around 30 minutes for bride and groom photographs. 60 minutes is usually enough time to achieve all of these photographs but it can be a little rushed. I always recommend putting aside between 60 to 90 minutes for a location shoot, especially if you are choosing to have a wedding videographer.
The rest of the night Jasmine and Grant spent time with their loved ones and had an excellent night. For me, it was a long 10 hour day but thoroughly enjoyed Jasmine and Grant’s wedding as it was well organised and laid back. Neat blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from somewhere? A design like yours with a few simple adjustements would really make my blog jump out. Please let me know where you got your theme. Appreciate it

With havin so much written content do you ever run into any problems of plagorism or copyright violation? My site has a lot of unique content I’ve either created myself or outsourced but it seems a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my agreement. Do you know any ways to help protect against content from being stolen? I’d certainly appreciate it.
