Carina and Evan – Wedding Photography in Byron Bay – 02 MAR 2016

Byron Bay Wedding Photography

I have known Carina and Evan for several years as they are family friends. Once I heard that they were planning such a unique wedding I couldn’t help but say yes. Carina and Evan both got ready nearby to Byron Bay beach thanks to airbnb. Carina and Evan both had quite a large bridal party to which I knew most of them on a personal level. We started off with bridal preparation at Carina’s location, and thanks to the light and airy home, we got some fantastic photographs. We then headed to Evan’s location managed to get some fun photos of the boys getting ready which resulted in some fantastic Byron Bay wedding photography.

Carina choose to be driven to the ceremony over sand via a beach buggy which was pretty cool. A little bit different, the bridesmaids walked up from behind the wedding and arrived with all the guests facing them. Carina was given away by her awesome father to the man of her dreams. Byron Bay beach provided the perfect backdrop for Carina and Evan’s wedding as they met at the beach, love going to the beach and love living near the beach. We were lucky to get fantastic weather for their big day, and the view was enjoyed by all their guests.

We managed to find a quiet little country setting for bride and groom photos and bridal party photos before heading to the reception. This consisted of an old fig tree which was hundreds of years old, rolling mountains and the friendliest horses you could ever meet.We were so happy that Carina and Evan choose our photography services for their big day, and we wish them all the best for the future. Check out their amazing photos below. If you are looking for a Byron Bay wedding photographer, please visit our Contact Page.
