Madelinne and Ronnel – 31 MAY 2018
Mount Coot-tha Botanic Gardens in Brisbane
Madelinne and Ronnel was married on the 28th of April, 2018 in a simple, short and elegant wedding at Mount Coot-tha Botanic Gardens.
Madelinne and Ronnel decided to get my smallest photography package for their wedding photography, as they were not having a traditional reception. My Basic Package consists of just 3 hours and a USB with over 250 edited images for just $990. This package suited Madelinne and Ronnel perfectly. I met them 2:45pm as their ceremony was starting at 3pm.
I photographed the ceremony which was beautiful. Again, being my first time to Mount Coot-tha Botanic Gardens I was amazed at the beautiful gardens and landscaping that was on display. We then completed the family and group photographs. Madelinne had actually designed a list of particular family members she wanted in each photo. This is a great idea, and is particularly handy when you have a lot of people attending your wedding. Madelinne and Ronnel had over 120 people attend their wedding, which is about average.
We then had free reign over Mount Coot-tha Botanic Gardens to take photos. One issue I discovered, was that some of the overhead trees were so thick with foilage that it did not allow any light in. This forced me to find other locations which allowed for a better quality of light. Being an April wedding, and heading into Winter, the sun set around 5:30pm which gave us about 90 minutes for our Location photography.
I had a great time doing the wedding photography for Madelinne and Ronnel and wish them all the best for the future.
