Naomi and Sam – Curzon Hall – 04 APRIL 2016
Sydney Wedding Photography
Naomi and Sam were married March 2015 at none other than Curzon Hall. Curzon hall offers a variety of different gardens and locations to host your wedding. With wonderful elements of Victorian grandeur, sweeping ceder stairs, sandstone turrets and ornate fountains, this sandstone castle located in Marsfield is known as one of the most exquisite and elegant weddings venue’s in Australia.
Naomi and Sam choose to be non-traditional and get ready at their home together. This allowed us to photograph both bride and groom preparation shots within the one location and also created some really cute photos of when Sam saw Naomi walking down the steps of their home. We were lucky to avoid rain this today as the storm clouds were looming overhead for most of the day, however this created some nice light for the ceremony and dramatic skies for the background. After declaring their love for one another in the Enchanted Garden, we did the group photograph and family photographs at The Garden Chateau which features dramatic Romanesque sandstone columns pm a cobblestone path.
During their reception, they opted for a unique masquerade theme which all the guests seemed to enjoy. This was accompanied by a quirky photobooth and a yummy 3 course meal prepared by Curzon Hall award winning chefs. One of the standout moments from this day was Naomi and Sam’s dance. It was obvious they had both practiced their movies for weeks before hand, and Naomi pulled off some elegant moves. Congratulations to Naomi and Sam and all the best for the future!
